Tiger Woods, legendary American golfer, has been sued for murder, just because he could have stopped his employee from drunk driving. He failed to do this, and his employee became victim of a road accident while driving.The deceased’s family has registered a murder case on Woods, his girlfriend and his company.

Tiger Woods has a restaurant ‘The Woods Jupiter and Bar’, where Nicholas Immesberger was an employee. His family says that Woods and his restaurant staff could have prevented Nicholas from excessive drinking and driving, but they did not and on 10th December 2018 Nicholas died.

Nicholas used to serve as a bartender in this restaurant. This case has been filed by the parents of the deceased. Nicholas’s shift ended at three o’clock, but he continued to drink liquor in the bar and died in a car accident at around six o’clock in the evening. The complaint said that the amount of liquor in Nicholas’s blood was more than the fixed limit and was driving at 70 kilometer per hour.

After Nicholas’s family plea, the Florida Court found that Tiger Woods, his wife and his company are guilty of being negligent, the court found that Tiger Woods himself is a person of international status, and if he too is careless about the conduct and behavior of his staff, then proceeding against him will not be wrong. His girlfriend has also been made co-accused in this case, as the court sees her as a life partner of Tiger.
