A ‘drunkard A.S.I’ of Bihar police has been identified .It came out to be the ASI in Kaimur’s Ramgarh Police Station. The intoxicated officer started creating ruckus on the streets and during this he hit a businessman hard.Later, on the orders of the SP, he was arrested and sent to jail.
It is known that after liquor ban, seized liquor in Bihar disappeared from many police stations. On this, the police clarified that the rats consumed all the liquor. However, no one trusted the police. It was believed that the policemen were behind the disappearance of liquor. Now Kaimur’s drunken ASI has reminded of that incident.

Arrested for alcohol Abuse
ASI of Ramgarh Police Station of Kaimur district has been arrested and suspended on the charges of drinking on duty and creating ruckus.In this case, in charge of police station Moh. Irshad has also been suspended for trying to save ASI.

On Monday night, businessman Monu Gupta was going home from the bike. Meanwhile, the officer arrived with two other people in inebrieted condition. He asked the reason of biking in the night,and then said that his rule is running in the locality. The ASI narrated a number of film dialogues and described himself as the Singham of Ramgarh, beating the businessman.

Action taken on Complaint
The businessman complained to SP Moh. Faroguddin Subsequently, SDPO Raghunath Prasad Singh investigated and took action. During investigation the station incharge did his best to save ASI, but the SDPO did not listen to one. The police station incharge also obstructed the ASI medical examination. The doctors of Sadar Hospital also said that there was no machine for check up. Then Breath Analyzer from Excise Department was brought to examine by the SDPO.The blood samples also confirmed that the ASI’s was intoxicated.

After this, the ASI was sent to Ramgarh in police custody. The SP said that the suspension in liquor case has also been initiated. The police station incharge has also been suspended. In this case, BMP DG Gupteshwar Pandey said that the police officer who becomes a hindrance in the liquor ban campaign should not be spared.
