As per the Haryana Police, all the bars and pubs are opened till 11 o’clock, but the fact is that the pub and the bar continue till three o’clock late at night. Here at about one o’clock in the night, there were about hundred cars standing, and the car bars were running openly. Apart from these, the same number of cars were parked by the people who were enjoying themselves in pubs and bar.
Liquor Shops in Purvanchal Exploiting Consumers

People alleged that the waiters of the model shop serve snacks and water to the liquorers on the road. There was a gathering of 15 to 20 youths next to the shop beside the drain near the Purania Chauraha of Aliganj. Outside the Model Shop near Husadia Chauraha in Gomti Nagar, the liquorers were basically enjoying their drinks halh way through the road, while the police booth is their on both sides of the chauraha.
Raw Liquor Being Delivered Through Phone Call
As the evening dawns, in Govind Nagar locality, of Auraiya city of UP, liquorers can be seen everywhere and these drunkards create ruckus on the roads till late at night. They are not afraid of police. It is difficult for women to get out . The car bars starts operating in the evening, especially on the roads leading to Jajmau, and also around Ganga Bridge.
Why only Auraiya, Ghaziabad and Noida are also not too behind. Talking to Cheerrss.com team, Noida police official said that controlling car bar culture is not easy .
