In the ongoing Loksabha election we can witness many shades of our politicians. In a public meeting organised at Atrauli in favour of BJP candiddate from Misrikh loksabha constituency Ashok Rawat in Hardoi. Mr. Naresh Agarwal member of the BJP national executive body and former MP openly said in the public meeting that only liquor was being served and not poison.

Wine is like passion for men, otherwise why not all the shops are shut down? It is said about Naresh Agarwal, that what he does he does it with authenticity. In a public meeting organised by Om Prakash Singh a District Panchayat from Atrauli, Mr. Naresh Agarwal said that a person has comlained to the C.M, in January regarding the distribution of liquor in the lunch packets.

Mr. Naresh Agarwal said that few days back a conference of scheduled caste was organised, the guest present there, were feeling cold, so blankets were distributed, but the blankets were not enough to keep them warm, so i said that medicine for cold (liquor) will also be provided, and later on liquor was also provided to them.

It is worth considering that the video of the alleged liquor pouch and vials in the lunch packet distributed at this conference was viral. At that time, Sadar MP Anshul Verma, who was in the BJP, lodged his complaint with the Chief Minister. However, then Naresh Agarwal had refused to answer saying that he did not speak on the allegations of small people.

Naresh Agarwal’s political journey revolves around many parties. He is originally from the Congress but after his exit from the Congress, he joined SP. He was member of Parliament from the SP quota. Few months back, he resigned from the SP, against Rajya Sabha ticket been alloted to Jaya Bachchan.
