Liquor consumption is injurious to health. But despite of this, people often drink heavily and the next day they suffer from hangover, headache and fatigue. Here are some ways for liquor consumers to avoid hangover and liquor related problems.
1-Drink plenty of water
The alcohol present in the liquor is rapidly absorbed by the body. The alcohol breaks down the water molecules present in the blood. This reduces water in the body. So, on the day of the party,from morning onward drink plenty of water. Drinking water after every drink is also beneficial. By doing this we can avoid heavy drinking.
2- Do not remain empty Stomach
Drinking is not good for health, but if you want to drink for enjoyment then do not drink empty stomach. Eat three quarter of your diet supplements at least one and a half to two hours before consuming liquor.
3-Whiskey or Rum
Many people mix cola or some other sweet drinks instead of water in whiskey or rum, do not do this if you want to avoid hangover. Sugar in sweet drinks combine with alcohol charges the body. But its side effect is found the next day, so add lot of water for hard drinks like whiskey or rum.
4-Meat

Eat fruit and lots of salad on party day . By doing so, the body gets enough nutrition. The next day the body does not crave for vitamins and minerals. With liquor soup is also beneficial for the body.

Good sleep is very important to avoid hangover. Often drinking too much liquor does not guarantee a good sleep, the body is simply absent. Keep enough water on the bedside so that in night you do not have to go far for water.
