Delhi: At Rajouri Garden area, a young man threw boiling milk on his wife for not giving money to buy liquor.Due to this women suffered burn injuries. She has been admitted to a nearby hospital. After the incident, the accused escaped from the spot. On the complaint of the woman, the police filed a case and was looking for the accused.
According to the police, Sangeeta (30) resides in the Raghuveer Nagar area along with her husband Sonu and two children. Husband does not work and is addicted to drugs. Women clean up the household and nurture the family. On Saturday evening, the police got information about the quarrel in Raghuveer Nagar area.
The police found Sangeeta in burned condition on the spot. He was admitted to a nearby hospital. Sangeeta told the police in a statement that her husband Sonu frequently quarrels with her after drinking . On Saturday evening, he was demanding money for liquor. On refusing, he picked up the boiling milk on the stove, and threw it over her and fled.
